Airbrush Boi - Mock Art Test
I tasked myself with designing a character within 48 hours, resulting in this design! Airbrushing is a hobby of mine that I really love, and I wanted to create a character that represents what it is to me! I took inspiration from the hobby, taking elements from the tools (the airbrush and the air compressor) and Gundam, which are what I paint!
Character exploration. I focused on black and white and on the silhouette to quickly bring my ideas to paper.
It's sci-fi inspired thanks to Gundam! The white pattern on his jacket and the red decals on the air brush compressor are inspired by decals that can be found on many Gunplas.
I added some gradients on the design, a trademark of the airbrush!
